1. Structure of Agreement and Services Provided
This Agreement is entered into by and between Lockdown Pest Control LLC ("Company") and the purchasing property owner/tenant ("Customer"). Company agrees to provide pest control shielding services, which include application of EPA-registered general bug spray formulations, mechanical pest exclusion adjustments, and monitoring as outlined in the selected customer package.
2. The Lockdown Guarantee & Re-Treatment Protocols
If a customer purchases a recurring service package (Premium or Lockdown) and experiences a persistent indoor pest breach by covered insects within the service window, Company will provide a tactical re-treatment of the area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies solely to properties that have maintained uninterrupted, scheduled consecutive service applications.
3. Customer Cooperation and Property Access
For the perimeter shielding to remain 100% effective, Customer must grant Company technicians access to the exterior property lines, foundations, and gated areas during scheduled service windows; keep lawns mown and clear of debris, firewood standing against foundations, or dense standing water pools which disrupt the chemistry of the chemical barrier; and keep pets and residents indoors during application and for at least 30 minutes following application (or until product is completely dry).
4. Chemical Application & Safety Disclosure
Company utilizes professional-grade, micro-encapsulated general bug sprays registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). When applied strictly according to label directions by our licensed technicians, these products present no unreasonable risks to humans, domestic pets, or the environment. Customer agrees to follow all post-application instructions provided by the technician.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lockdown Pest Control LLC is dedicated to eradicating and preventing pest entry. However, due to structural variations, natural weather disasters, and pest biology, Company does not guarantee 100% total eradication of every single insect. Company is not liable for structural damage caused by wood-destroying organisms (termites, carpenter ants), medical costs from insect bites/stings, or property damage unless directly caused by gross negligence of a Company employee.
6. Cancellation and Renewal Terms
Recurring service agreements automatically renew at the end of the initial agreed contract period unless cancelled in writing or via email at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled service date.
